| 对于基于生态系统的海洋综合管理而言，明确海洋生态系统完整性与功能维持的科学内涵具有必要性且意义重大。文章在梳理归纳生态系统理论的基础上，明确海洋生态系统完整性与功能维持的具体概念，剖析其理论内涵及二者之间的关系，并针对海洋生态系统结构与功能特征深入探索生态系统完整性与功能维持在海洋空间布局管理上的应用，以期推动我国海洋经济稳步健康可持续发展。 |

| For Marine Ecosystem-based Management (MEBM)，it’s necessary and significant to make clear the scientific connotation of marine ecosystem integrity and functional maintenance.On the basis of summarized theory of ecological system，the concept of marine ecosystem integrity and functional maintenance was defined in the paper，the theoretical connotation and relationship were analyzed，and the application of ecosystem integrity and function maintenance in marine space layout management were deeply explored，to promote the steady and healthy development of the marine economy in China. |
