| 海岛法律体系包含了调整海岛所产生社会关系的全部法律规范。海岛法律体系并不是单一维度的，它包含了海岛的国际法体系、国内法体系和地方法律体系。文章从国际法、国内法和地方法律三重维度分析探讨海岛法律体系的现状，并结合我国国情提出对其完善之建议。海岛法律体系的完善将有力推动我国海洋强国建设。 |

| The island legal system includes all the legal norms related to island.Which island legal system is not single dimension and contains international law system，domestic law system and local law system of island.The legal norms about the island definition，island legal rights and Archipelagic States are stipulated in international law.Island Protection Law and other maritime laws constitute China's island legal system.Local island law system has been initially shaped in China，such as the island law system in Shandong Province and Shanghai City.The improvement of island legal system will accelerate the construction of maritime developing strategy in China. |
